Upper Key Stage 2
Introduction:
Welcome to the Upper Key Stage 2 website area. There are four classes in this phase: 5ST, 5BC, 6CB and 6JK. All the children are aware how important these years are in their school life. In the morning our lessons include English, mathematics and guided reading. In the afternoons, we cover many subjects including history, geography, science, art and DT.
Children also get the chance to take part in PE sessions every week. Children must remember to bring an indoor PE kit (t-shirt, shorts and trainers) and an outdoor PE kit (jumper and tracksuit bottoms). Year 6 children are allowed to wear smart black sweatshirts to distinguish them as role models to the rest of the school.

Children are expected to take part in outdoor and indoor PE every week and they therefore need to be appropriately dressed for the weather.
