This week, 5SP have discussed the impact that plastic is having on our planet and in particular, our oceans. The children talked about how plastic has had a negative effect on sea animals and debated what we could do to ensure that there is less plastic in the ocean to save them. As a class, 5SP decided to create a collage using plastic and other materials that the children brought in from home to reuse. The children really took care when drawing and creating their collage of a sea animal and the finished results were amazing! 5SP hope that we can do more to reduce plastic waste in our oceans!
