Last week, Year 6 learnt about major events in British history that happened between 1950 and 1970. Most of the children focused on Queen Elizabeth II's coronation, which took place in 1953. After discussing the event and considering how life in Britain may have been different if the course of events had been different, children wrote and recorded a script for a radio report.
