Week Beginning: 10th January 2022

In Reception we have been discussing new year and fresh starts!  The children talked about the celebrations they had and the fireworks they watched.  We re-watched the London Fireworks show and reflected on the year 2021 and thought about how the world had changed.  We compared our new year celebrations with other peoples in different countries and cultures and we look forward to linking it to Chinese New Year.  The children made their own new year's resolutions including learning to ride their bikes, do more reading, learning to write their numbers correctly and promise to keep their bedroom tidy!  Happy New Year Everyone!
