2JL: World War One Commemorations
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War in 2JL this week we have been reading the story of Stubby the Dog. It is about a dog called Stubby who becomes friends with a soldier who goes to the First World War.
After reading the story we had lots of questions about the War. We are really looking forward to finding out the answers next week.
We have been writing letters to our families from the trenches. We hope to see them soon.
