At Moat House Primary School, we use AfL as an assessment tool within all writing lessons. Each term, teachers use the documents listed below to help them make formal judgements based on the evidence within children's books. In addition to this, we hold termly moderation sessions within the school to ensure that a consistent approach to assessing writing is  achieved throughout the school.
