This week Year 2 classes followed a route that they had planned in geography lessons to get from Moat House Primary School to Bell Green Library. We looked for road names and key features to help us to know we were going the right way. We found lots of human features such as the bridge, shops, roads, houses, flats and the roundabout and we also identified the river, which is a physical feature.

While at the library we were shown lots of maps of the local area then we had chance to draw our own maps. Children also borrowed books to take home and these will need returning next week.
