On Thursday 11th December, Year 2 were given the wonderful opportunity to visit a local care home and share some festive cheer by singing a selection of Christmas songs. The children sang beautifully, filling the room with warmth and joy, and they were extremely well-behaved throughout the visit. The residents were delighted—they smiled, clapped along, and happily joined in with many of the carols, creating a lovely sense of togetherness.

It was truly a heartwarming experience for everyone involved, capturing the true spirit of Christmas: kindness, community, and spreading joy to others. Well done, Year 2, for bringing so much festive magic to the care home—you made the season a little brighter for us all! 🎄✨
