In the week commencing 14^th June, our children learnt about what it might be like to be a refugee in Great Britain. They found out about the struggles a family could come across eg: loss of family members, language barrier as well as housing or food worries. Each class shared what they had learnt in a Zoom assembly on Friday 18^th June and everyone agreed that it had successfully raised awareness across the school.
