On Tuesday 20^th March, the following children Aysam, Juliette, Laycie (Y5), Lamin, Lenny and Raisa (Year 6) went to Wyken Croft school to represent Moat House in a debating competition. The children all worked hard to research information and then present this to an audience, which included teachers and children from other Coventry schools. The Year 5 team had to argue that zoos should be banned, whilst the Year 6 team had to debate against the banning of single use plastics. Both teams did really well but the Year 6 team had particularly strong arguments and actually won their debate. Well done to everyone who took part – we are extremely proud of you all!
