It is wonderful to see our children looking very smart in their new school uniforms for the start of each new school year. Please may we take this opportunity to remind you to label all items of clothing, shoes, bags and packed lunches with children’s names. Every year we have items of clothing (some of them virtually brand new) which go into lost property that have no names on them which makes them difficult to return. We have some good quality, laundered second hand uniform which is available free from the school reception area.

May we please remind you to send your children to school in the correct uniform. Children often feel like they stand out and look different from their peers if they are wearing clothes that do not follow the school policy. This can cause unnecessary upset and arguments. Thank you.
Thank you to everyone who sends their children in correct uniform during the winter months. At this time of the year, children's shoes need to be suitable for the cold, wet weather which we inevitably have. They also need to have a winter coat for playtimes and lunchtimes (as well as to keep them dry and warm on their way to and from school).
