In Nursery we have been learning about Chinese New Year.  The children listened to the story about the animal race and how the years were named.  They used their creative skills and worked collaboratively to make a Chinese dragon.  They took turns to do the dragon dance whilst listening to some Chinese music and we finished of the week by tasting some delicious Chinese foods.

On Wednesday 2^nd February, Year 1 went on a trip to visit St. Chad's Church, where we met the Vicar, Rev. Brian Nash. He showed us around the church building and told us some stories from the Bible. We enjoyed singing a song together.
